Welcome
Hopefully you have started some revision by now! Well done for getting this far at least!
I suggest you try to spend 10-20 minutes every evening doing some Maths. You are much better off if you do little and often, Spending 3 hours the night before the exam, swotting hard, will be of little benefit. Regular practice in small doses is much easier and more effective.
Hopefully you can find things on this site that will help you. Look back at lessons we have done or visit web links. Make sure you practice the maths as well as reading.
You could try one of these sites each day, and spend 15 minutes playing/practising your maths.
These two documents may be helpful.

mathsfile. There are some fun activities that cover important topics.I particularly recommend Builder Ted, Grid game and Late Delivery. If you go to level 2 the work is of C standard.
S-cool This looks like a very helpful site containing key topics.
Bitesize. There is some useful stuff here.
Sam Learning is not brilliant for maths but I did notice last year that those who spent most time on it got the highest grades, so perhaps it is worth looking at!
Some quizzes to test your knowledge!
I hope some of this is helpful
